- Premium reports and guidance packages
2. Acceptable Use & NSFW Content Prohibition
STRICT PROHIBITION OF NSFW/ADULT CONTENT: You are strictly prohibited from using our services to request, generate, upload, download, or share any content that is Not Safe For Work (NSFW), adult, pornographic, sexually explicit, graphic, or otherwise obscene.
Our AI portrait generator and spiritual guidance tools are designed exclusively for G-rated, artistic, and astrological purposes. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy towards sexually explicit content of any kind. Any violation of this policy will result in the immediate and permanent termination of your account, a permanent ban from our services, and forfeiture of all payments made to us without refund.
3. Eligibility and Account Registration
To access certain features of our platform, you must register for an account. By registering, you agree to:

All paid products are one-time purchases unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout, and there are no recurring subscriptions.
Our services are divided into free and paid tiers:
- Free Features: Basic Astrological Profile analysis, Cosmic Compatibility score, appearance parameters customization, blurred portrait preview, and 1-2 sentences basic description.
- Paid Tiers & Products: Clear high-resolution drawings, HD downloads, detailed physical analyses, personality profiles, and full compatibility reports require a paid purchase (either the Portrait Drawing tier or the Full Cosmic Reading tier).
Strict No-Refund Policy: Due to the digital and personalized nature of our drawings and reports, all sales are final. Starla Soulmate Drawing operates a strict no-refund policy. Single-reading purchases cannot be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged for cash under any circumstances, including dissatisfaction with the artistic style or cosmic findings.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

7. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited behaviors:
- Use the website for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Attempt to generate, request, upload, or share any NSFW (Not Safe For Work), adult, pornographic, sexually explicit, or obscene content, portraits, or descriptions. Our AI portrait generator is strictly configured for G-rated, artistic, and spiritual representations. Any violation of this rule will result in immediate account termination and ban from our services.
- Attempt to bypass, hack, or disable security features of the payment system
- Initiate fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes (which will result in immediate account termination)
- Use automated web crawlers or scrapers to extract graphics and gallery images
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wang Dengming and Starla Soulmate Drawing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or emotional distress arising out of your use or inability to use the platform.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal dispute arising from this agreement shall be settled exclusively in the competent courts of California.
